The Leaders in Racing Conference was part of a larger Leaders forum that encompassed separate sessions for Leaders in Football, Leaders in Digital Sport, Leaders in Sponsorship and Leaders in Performance.

As a prelude to the business sessions, GBI Racing hosted an evening of racing at Kempton Park. Clemmens and AmWest Director of International Racing Michele MacDonald helped present the trophy for the eighth race on the program, the GBI Welcome Leaders in Racing Handicap.
